Grays Leaders' Prayer
Started in 2002, Grays Leaders’ Prayer meets every Thursday morning for an hour beginning at 8.30am, except on the second week of every month when there is a Prayer Breakfast on the Friday, starting at 8am and ending at 10am.
The gathering’s location moves from place to place, meeting in churches, church offices, manses, rectories and vicarages. This helps to intentionally foster a sense of collective ownership, equity of ministry and relational union across Grays.
All church leaders, representatives and intercessors from the Grays post town area are welcome. This includes Chafford Hundred, West Thurrock, South Stifford, Little Thurrock, Socketts Heath, Stifford Clays and North Stifford.
Many local concerns and issues are prayed for, with ministry available for all who come, building unity between the various streams represented.
