New 'Rhythm' of prayer for grays leaders' prayer meetings
New Saturday meetings will help Pastors who work elsewhere in full-time employment
Responding to feedback received at the Transformation Thurrock Prayer Breakfast in July, a new monthly Saturday prayer meeting has been established as part of the Grays Leaders' prayer gatherings, starting in September.
Tim Harrold explains "The idea of now having Saturday prayer is to make it more inclusive for those who work in secular jobs in the week, especially from the Black Majority Churches, as was requested at the Transformation Thurrock breakfast on 5 July. This can also be an opportunity for leaders and intercessors from across the whole of Thurrock to come together in prayer once a month."
The new 'rhythm' will look like this:-
1st week of month - Thursday prayer
2nd week of month - Friday prayer breakfast
3rd week of month - Thursday prayer
4th week of month - Saturday prayer
5th week of month (if there is one) - Thursday prayer
