Seafarers' Centre Christmas Service comes to port

The Trustees, Manager and Chaplains of the Tilbury Seafarers' Centre would like to invite you to attend their Carol Service which will be held at St John’s Church, Dock Road, Tilbury RM18 7PP, on Thursday 17th December.

seafarerscentreAnyone wishing to come are asked to arrive after 1.30pm for a 2pm start. Refreshments will be served afterwards.

Port Chaplain Paul Cave told Transformation Thurrock that after last year's Carol Service had been so well attended and there'd been a bit of a squash, the decision was made this year to approach St John's and ask if they'd be willing to host the increasingly popular event.

Paul says, "We would like to thank Fr. Tim Codling and members of St John’s for allowing us to use their church, which will safely and comfortably accommodate all who wish to come to this special service."

If you would like to come, please contact the centre manager, Mrs. Lynn Watts at the Tilbury Seafarers Centre after 2pm on 01375856315 by 10th December.

For those unable to attend, we would like to thank you for your support and prayers.

Don't forget the Tilbury Seafarers' Centre Christmas Appeal!
