The Return of the Magnificent TTP!
Calling all intercessors! The Transformation Thurrock Prayer gatherings are back!
After taking September out to join with the Thames Gateway Prayernet on their voyage of intercession up the river to Westminster and back, and then in October having the Thurrock Day of Prayer, TTP makes its return just in time before the Christmas rush of activity.
This month's Transformation Thurrock Prayer will be held at Thurrock Christian Fellowship's Grays Congregation building, the All Saints Centre, in John Street, Grays, on Saturday 28 November, starting at 8.30am.
The TTPs originally started up at the request of someone who was unable to get to the midweek Grays Leaders' Prayer and East Thurrock Prayer gatherings. This is not just for those in church leadership but also for intercessors with a heart to see Thurrock transformed.
What typifies TTPs is the unity across the denominational divides and the equality of the priesthood of all believers.
At the Thurrock Day of Prayer it was mentioned that often a church will host the TTP, and some of its members come, but then not support other TTPs. We'd like to break this pattern if possible, and encourage folk to make the effort - not for the sake of Transformation Thurrock, but for the sake of praying transformation into Thurrock. TTP is a prophetic sign to the borough of the Coming Kingdom and the Coming King - Jesus.
Remember the Gatekeepers of the Gateway? Well, if you were part that, you can be part of this! Our mandate to be gatekeepers and watchmen at the gateways of the borough and along the river has not changed. Your Kingdom needs you.
Future TTPs are: 8.30am Saturday 23 January @ Grays Methodist Church, Hathaway Road 8.30am Saturday 27 February - venue TBA 8.30am Saturday 27 March - venue TBA If you would like to host one of these gatherings, then please contact Tim Harrold on tim@transformationthurrock.com.
