Saturday 2 October Thurrock & Havering Schools' Prayer Day 12.30-6pm @ Aveley Methodist Church, Shannon Way, Kennington Estate, Aveley featuring worship, displays, interactive prayer space, talk, prayer fro adults in education, and prayer for young people by young people contact: Tim Harrold (TT)
Sunday 3 October Tug-of-War 3pm @ Blackshots fields (by Civic Hall & Swimming Pool) church teams invited - money raised is for water seeds and African missions contact: Barbara Brown (GPC & Thurrock Healing Rooms)
Saturday 9 October Thurrock Bar'N'Bus Fundraising Quiz 7pm @ St Clement's Parish Church, London Road, West Thurrock includes fish/chicken & chip supper - prices TBA raising funds to help complete the renovation of Thurrock's new Bar'N'Bus bus teams invited to compete contact: Stuart Christian (Bar'N'Bus Trust)

Sunday 21 November East Thurrock United Service + Transformation Thurrock Prayer 6.30pm @ St Margaret's Parish Church, Stanford-le-Hope bringing two of the borough's regular events together, worship and prayer for Thurrock contacts: Tim Harrold (TT) & John Guest (St Marg's)
Friday 26 November Interfaith Day 11am - 3pm @ The Beehive, High Street, Grays a forum to discuss issues common to faith communities across the borough and to be recognised by the Council more information to be published in due course contact: Graham Carey
