Rock Thurrock Prayer Wheel needs joiners!
Prayer is key to the success of Rock Thurrock!
I think we'd all agree with that. Which is why Pastor Frank Gaisie (right) of Destiny Chapel in South Ockendon, who is also on the Rock Thurrock Core Team, has come up with the idea of a Prayer Wheel.
What is a Prayer Wheel? It's basically a round-the-clock prayer rota. The 24 hours of the day have been split up into 48 half-hour prayer slots.
This was launched at the Ignite The Fire event on 1 April, and many of the prayer slots were filled that night, and more were added at the Rock Thurrock Prayer Night at Corringham Baptist Church on 29 April.
But the Rock Thurrock Prayer Wheel still needs more to join and sign up!
Please see below where the gaps are - and if you'd like to join the Prayer Wheel, then please contact Frank on destinychapel@gmail.com so he can add your name to the list.
And,.. come along to this coming Friday (20 May) night's Rock Thurrock Prayer at St Cedd's, Crammavill Street, Stifford Clays, starting at 7.30pm, where you'll be able to sign up on the Prayer Wheel as well as join in prayer for the Rock Thurrock Project.
The Prayer Wheel is all done on trust and from the comfort of your own home. The Prayer Wheel will keep on turning until the end of November, after the final events of the Rock Thurrock project have finished. To find out what to pray for, keep your eyes on these articles on the Transformation Thurrock website - and you may get an email from time to time from Frank.
