Bible Society gets Thurrock's churches involved in celebration
The local branch of the Bible Society are asking churches in the Thurrock area to bring an item along to this year's annual Summer Celebration on 13 May at Sockets Heath Baptist Church.
Organised by David Bareham, team leader at Chafford Hundred Community Church, anyone interested in taking part in the celebration can contact him via the details on the flier below.
As part of the Bible Society's fundraising efforts, an offering will be taken at the event which will go towards the work of the Society in global Bible dissemination, education and translation.
