Rock Thurrock curry night TONIGHT!
 Celebrate the end of the Rock Thurrock project with a tasty winter-warming curry!
This is the last Rock Thurrock event, although the work out outreach and follow-up never ends. Some of the team and firends of the project are joining together in one last push to raise the rest of the money we committed to raise to put on the events back in September, along with all the other expenses.
Our good friend Mr Ali and his wonderful staff at the Shampaan in London Road, West Thurrock (right), are hosting Rock Thurrock's second curry night.
The food is seriously good! The set menu contains a choice of three different meals, including a vegetarian option. Thoroughly recommended: the Hyderabadi Lamb! Juicy, succulent, tender, not too hot and spicy, but not without a bit of zing either! Mr Ali put it on the menu last time because he knows it's my favourite...
Not only that, the service is excellent, with the constant attention of the Shampaan's well-trained and polite staff.
Meals are £20 each, with half going to Rock Thurrock. We have the potential of raising £600 + Gift Aid if we fill the venue. And it's just such great fun!
Please support this event - Rock Thurrock only has a little way to go to fulfilling its financial commitments to the BGEA.
