Diversity Day for Thurrock

Dear Sirs and Madams,
I bring greetings in the overcoming name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I have to sincerely apologise that this invitation is getting across to you very late; it was due to the protocol which has been involved.
i am delighted to invite you to our Diversity Day, our yearly event to promote diversity within our community.
This year, we are privileged to have the Mayor of our borough which is Thurrock, along with Ward Councillors and stakeholders within the Council and local communities. Moreover, we want to support our Mayor's charity, which is the British Legion, by raising funds for them.
Also, we want to officially open our new place of worship for community use; it used to be a Public House - but is now a Jesus House!
The time is very short but with the love of Christ you can still accept us and make it a day with us.
Below is the flyer towards the event. The dress code for the day is your native dress irrespective of your cultural background.
Date: Sunday 26th February 2012
Time: 12noon for 12:30pm Start
Light refreshments will be served from 12noon. The programme starts at 12:30pm and ends by 2:00pm).
