Thurrock politician sees a Nation in Transit

NITfrontcoverFormer Thurrock Conservative councillor Phil Anderson has written a book. Called Nation in Transit, it is 'a manifesto for post-Brexit Britain'.

Phil has also been an active member of Thurrock Christian Fellowship and the 24-7 Prayer Stanford Boiler Room. He has written one other book, Lord Of The Ring, about Count Zinzendorf and the early 18th century revival among the refugee community of Moravians who, after fleeing religious persecution, settled on land he gave to them at Herrnhutt, Germany. The ring refers to Zinzendorf's Order of the Mustard Seed, a group of believers who recognised that 'no man belongs to himself'.

Wherever you fall on the political spectrum, whatever you voted, and how ever you feel about the fallout of the historic decision to leave the EU made on 23 June, Nation in Transit should make provocative and insightful reading.

Nation in Transit is launched at the Conservative Christian Fellowship's Edmund Burke Briefings at 7pm on Tuesday 22 November at the Conservative Campaign Headquarters in London.

Phil will be speaking and will be joined by a panel made up of Thurrock MP Jackie Doyle-Price, Beth Prescott and Gareth Wallace.
