The latest Rock Thurrock Prayer gathering takes place at Corringham Baptist Church tonight (Friday 28 October).
Pastor Bob Sullivan (right) has put together a programme that fully covers the heart of the ongoing Rock Thurrock project, now in its fourth week of follow-up via the Velocity Courses.
At the core of this is the need to continue building and maintaining the harmony and unity that Rock Thurrock has spawned, itself building upon the network that Transformation Thurrock and previous relational grouping. But not only this, but the harmonising favour of Rock Thurrock with parents and schools across the borough.
Then there is the future and schools work in the borough, and again, the need for a harmonised vision that would be the legacy of Rock Thurrock.
The prayer meeting will also be looking ahead to this time next year when GSUS LIVE will be once more visiting the borough, with the prospct of going into up to eight of our secondary schools. Letters and packs have already gone out to head teachers.
