On Sunday 28 June, local church leaders and congregation members gathered at Hassenbrook School to support Pastor & Pastor Mrs Phillips Yusuf as they were commissioned to lead the Redeemed Christian Church of God’s latest plant in Thurrock.
The Great Faith Foundation Outreach Fellowship Centre is set to be established in Stanford-le-Hope.
The programme included:
- a time of worship
- a talk from a visiting RCCG pastor on the subject of “What Attracts God to a Man”
- a presentation given by the children on the theme of Noah and songs
- an opportunity to tithe and give towards the starting of the new fellowship
- visiting pastors’ prayers for the new Pastors-in-Charge
