At Community Church we love God, and love to see people touched with His love and power.
Why Healing Prayer?
The Bible shows us clearly that Jesus healed people, and He gave His followers authority to pray for people to be healed; we love Jesus, and love praying for people.
We believe God is our loving Father and that His heart is for people to be well; living free from sickness, disease and addictions. God doesn’t cause, or desire that people are unwell, sick, or have life controlling addictions.
We are not practicing medicine, and although there may be Team Members from medical backgrounds, we are unable to dispense medical advice. We will not ask anyone to stop or change any prescribed medication or other form of treatment they are currently receiving.
Our aim is to create a joyful environment where you will feel the Presence and Peace of God, and if there are no obvious signs of healing after you’ve been prayed for, we would like to think that you leave with a sense of being loved and cared for.
The Healing Centre will be held on the last Saturday of each month from 10am to 12noon at Community Church, Defoe Parade, Chadwell St Mary RM16 4QR.
