“Unite 30/31 is back with a BIG TOPIC!! We have a guest speaker from London, DJ, live band, games and refreshments so we all are all set to meet with God in a powerful way!” – Gbenga Bamidele (Chafford Hundred Community Church) The following is from Lois Blakey of TCF, one of the churches involved in the increasingly regular inter-church youth service Hi, I am writing to you to let you know about an inter-church youth service that we will be running this Sunday (4 March) at the All Saints Beacon Centre, Chafford Hundred. Unite 30/31 is a youth service organised by a team of Thurrock youth workers, now in its second year. This month’s event is titled ‘When God isn’t there’, we will be looking at when we will feel like God is not there and how we can respond during these times because God is always there. The meeting includes games, worship and word and is a great opportunity for young people to meet other Christians there age in Thurrock. I would like apologise for the late notice, we have had people on holiday and some computer problems, that has resulted in us getting the information out late. Future dates that are planned are 6 May and the 8 July, locations to be confirmed. We look forward to meeting your young people Lois Blakey Check out our facebook page: |
